Free stress counselling and support available for MAS Members

It’s completely normal for you and your family to be emotionally and physically drained by the earthquakes. You’re not alone in feeling this way, and you don’t have to cope on your own.

A free counselling service is available 24/7 for Members through EAP Services, an independent counselling organisation. To make an appointment please call 0800 327 669 or go to eapservices.co.nz.
